Christmas Party Lunch

Terms & Conditions

• We require a £10 per person deposit for all lunch & dinner bookings of 10 guests or more. All deposits are non-transferable from the date that they are taken. The deposit can be paid by debit/credit card over the phone or by cheque in person at the Oak Barn.
• It’s essential that we receive Food Pre-Orders for all bookings of 10 guests or more. We need this completed on our Pre Order form 4 weeks before the date of the party.
• Any changes to the Pre-Order, after it has been submitted, must be made in writing – by email or letter.
• The final bill is to be paid in one transaction by the party organiser on the day.
• We ask that you and your guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the time of your booking.
