MAKE A RESERVATION

Christmas Party Lunch

  • We require a £10 per person deposit for all lunchtime bookings of 7 guests or more. All deposits are non-transferable from the date that they are taken. The deposit can be paid by debit/credit card over the phone or by cheque in person at the Oak Barn.
  • It’s essential that we receive Food Pre-Orders for all bookings of 7 guests or more. We need this completed on our Pre Order form 6 weeks before the date of the party.
  • Any changes to the Pre-Order, after it has been submitted, must be made in writing – by email or letter.
  • The final bill is to be paid in one transaction by the party organiser on the day.
  • We ask that you and your guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the time of your booking.

Boxing Day Lunch

  • We require a £20 per person deposit for all Boxing Day Lunch bookings.  All deposits are non-transferable from the date that they are taken. The deposit can be paid by debit/credit card over the phone or by cheque in person at the Oak Barn.

New Year’s Eve

  • All bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking. This is to be paid in one transaction and can be paid by debit/credit card over the phone or by cheque in person at the Oak Barn.
  • Booking payments are non-transferable from the date that they are taken.
  • It’s essential that we receive any special dietary requirements in advance. We need this in writing, by email or letter.
  • All guests must be ‘smart casual’ – even better in costume if you prefer!
  • We ask that you and your guests arrive at 7 pm.
