Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the bar.
- Ensure that all staff are properly trained and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bar area.
- Ensure that all alcohol is stored and served in accordance with state laws.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Provide customer service to patrons of the bar.
