We are currently one of the top-rated restaurants in Sussex and are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our talented team to continue providing fantastic service.

Our freshly made Rosette standard seasonal menu is key to our business. It features modern British cuisine that combine the classics alongside more contemporary dishes. We also run specials which change daily.

In addition to this we also cater for large group bookings, weddings, and buffets so there is always plenty of variety.

We are looking for an experienced assistant manager to work closely with the manager to provide the customers with a memorable experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for an energetic and talented character to come on board and stamp their mark on this business. You will be a natural communicator and inspirational to your team, encouraging and developing the very best of them.

You can also be involved in other areas of the business including driving the business forward through creating adverts, bringing positive ideas forward and putting them into practice.

Your role as assistant manager

  • Responsible for taking orders & making recommendations to delight our guests
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety standards
  • Assisting management in driving sales

  • Act as a final check on quality & standard of all aspects of the business
  • Opening & closing of the business
