Seafood Week 2024

An annual campaign with the aim to get people eating more seafood, more often.

Fish is among the healthiest foods on the planet. It is loaded with important nutrients, such as protein and vitamin D. Fish is also the world’s best source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are incredibly important for your body and brain.

What better way to try than coming and having one of the Chefs specials. All of our specials are created using the best sustainable fish from Sussex. Don’t like fish? We will be running the specials alongside our main menu.
