Treat your loved one this Valentine’s Day. We are running our full a’la carte menu at lunch, then for dinner, we have a carefully created 6 course menu, as well as a glass of Kir Royale & a red rose on arrival.
Both menus are designed using the finest, local produce.
Tuesday 25th February
Serving food 12pm – 3pm and 6pm – 9pm
Join us for Shrove Tuesday where we will be serving cooked to order pancakes with delicious, classic fillings.
Monday 2nd- Saturday 7th March
Come and celebrate National Pie Week with us. The infamous pie will be incorporated into our weekday and weekend Chef’s specials menus. The Oak Barn is a fantastic venue to spoil Mum this Mothering Sunday. We will be running separate sittings throughout the day, each one serving our set 3 course menu which has been designed to please all pallets and using the finest produce.

Start your Easter on Good Friday with our selection of specials which will be running alongside our main menu. Our specials are created using local & seasonal produce. Then relax and enjoy your Easter Sunday with our exclusive 2 or 3 course seasonal menu. Also over the weekend, we have various table games and a raffle designed to raise money for The Roundtable Children’s Wish. On Easter Sunday we will have an Easter Hunt for Children.

We will be incorporating British Beef into our Chef’s daily menu and Weekend Specials.

For lunch and dinner, we will be serving Specials that have been specially created by the Chef to celebrate St Georges Day.
National Doughnut Week
Friday 8th – Saturday 16th May
Come and try our freshly cooked to order, homemade, doughnuts. Who doesn’t love Doughnuts and giving to charity? For every sale of the classic treat, we will be donating a percentage to The Children’s Trust who help children with brain injury. Throughout the week, we are also running table top games which can be played for a small donation.
National Fish & Chip Day

After the popularity of the last few years, join us for the nation’s favourite weekend dinner. We have a range of specials celebrating the great fish and chip dinner (and all the right sides)!
Sunday 21st June
Serving food 12-7pm
The quickest way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Why not treat him to a traditional 2 or 3 course roast to show him how much you care. We will be serving our full Sunday Roast Menu all day, book now to avoid disappointment.
Armed Forces Day

Come and raise a glass or two, to show your support for all current and past members of the Armed Forces.
National Burger Week
Monday 24th – Sunday 30th August
Who doesn’t love a proper Burger? Following the success of the last few years we’re doing it again! The chefs will be running a variety of different burgers alongside our main menu throughout the week. All of our Burger’s are carefully designed and all made using the best, local produce. Throughout the week, we are also running table top games which can be played for a small donation which goes towards the Air Ambulance.
Love Lamb Week
Monday 31st August – Saturday 5th September
Designed to promote British and local famers during the peak season. By joining us, you are helping to support local farmers and butchers who we rely on to supply us. Support us to support them. We will be running seasonal specials created by our chefs alongside our full a’la carte menu.
Macmillan Coffee Morning
Friday 25th September 10am
Thanks to your generous donations and your love of cake, over the last few years we have raised over £2500 for MacMillan.
Come and join us for coffee and cake, all homemade by the staff. 100% of
proceeds from the cake sale to go to Macmillan who help provide medical, emotional, practical and financial support. Remember, every donation saves lives.
National Seafood Week
A national, annual campaign with the aim to get people eating more seafood, more often. What better way to try than coming and having one of the Chefs specials. All of our specials are created using the best sustainable fish from Sussex. Don’t like fish? We will be running the specials alongside our main menu. Throughout the week, we are also running table top games which can be played for a small donation which goes towards the RNLI.
